Man the hype about the upcoming NIKE McFly’s is huge.
I can recall our first trip in April to Portland for TEDxPortland where they featured world-inspiring people like Greg Bell, Jim Riswold and Tinker Hatfield. Tinker Hatfield’s talk was one to stand out the most as he spoke about relationships with friends and clients; then ending it off with an exclusive look to what is to be said as “The Most Anticipated Sneaker” from NIKE. I wonder why this wasn’t hyped… Clearly it was a hint of the shoes.
We got a first hand look of the McFly shoe worn on the Back to the Future movie, and it looked promising. Yesterday NIKE release the NIKE MAG 2011 “McFly’s Closet”, and this promo obviously went viral. Everyone had a strong idea of what it was, but left them hanging with an unknown date.

Well tonight Tinker Hatfield unveils the McFly’s tonight. Invite only, at The Montalbán building in LA.
