A couple nights ago theHUE was invited to the first annual PNE Food Tweetup. Basically it was a roundup of a handful of Vancouver bloggers to indulge in all the mouthwatering eats and treats of some 20-odd food and beverage vendors. We’re not exactly “foodies” but who doesn’t bear some kind of expertise when it comes to the food at the fair? We went with some classic dishes that our palates have tasted many a times before, 1. Jimmy Lunch’s fish and chips and 2. Guido’s poutine. As you can see in the video above, Kenn thoroughly enjoyed the fish & chips. The poutine was great too, we just wish there was more of it. It was my first time trying the infamous Whale’s Tail and I must say it’s almost as good as the cinnamon mini donuts.
